Terms and Conditions
Work will not commence until payment has been made and full details of the task have been submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All email submissions are acknowledged within one hour during our standard business hours of Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. If you do not receive acknowledgement, please call 01406 372663.
Unless agreed in advance, all job submissions must include all details required to complete the task, such as documents, templates, passwords, instructions. The work cannot be scheduled until all information is received and acknowledged.
Payment to NET PA Services must be received prior to commencement of work.
A maximum of two hours can be transferred to the next month on a retainer package.
Any additional office expenses incurred will be charged and billed separately. Such expenses include stationery, telephone calls, postage, couriers etc.
All monthly package work will be invoiced on the 1st of each month. It is your responsibility to check work which we return and raise any queries within 3 business days. Errors will be rectified as soon as possible at no charge.
All work received before 4pm is logged, scheduled and acknowledged.
I will always provide a completion time/date once scheduled.
Additional fees may apply for urgent tasks. Please provide an email detailing all work required along with the desired completion time. A follow up telephone call is also recommended.

NET PA Services shall not be liable for any losses you might sustain arising directly or indirectly from the work. This contract shall be governed by English Law.
